Ingredients: Bread, mayonnaise, butter, tomatoes, onions, cooked peas, cucumber, cheese slices (optional), and salt.
Preparation: Wash, peel and finely chop all the vegetables. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl. Take the wholemeal bread and spread it evenly with the mayonnaise. Pour a small amount of oil into a hot frying pan. Place the bread in the pan and cover it with the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Place a slice of cheese on top and cover with another piece of bread. Cook on both sides until lightly browned. Serve with ketchup on the side.
